Shopkeepers, Artisans and Producers Marketing Cooperative (EZKOOP) and Büyükkonuk Olive Producers Agricultural Cooperative (Zeytin Koop) came together with olive producers on the first of July, at the Mehmetçik Municipality Marketplace. The upcoming olive harvest period was also discussed while informing about the investments made and foreign exports at the meeting.

Stating that the warehouse/warehouse financed by TIKA has been completed, the vehicles and equipment to be used in the new season have been purchased and placed in the warehouse within the framework of the EU-supported project, Haset stated that they accelerated the work to start the new season more equipped and stronger.
EZKOOP Secretary General Ersun Aytaç, who took the floor afterwards, explained that they did not stop during the epidemic, on the one hand, they were trying to search for markets and export, on the other hand, they were trying to provide international representation of cooperatives. Stating that as a result of these efforts, they achieved another success and became a member of ESCA as well as being entitled to an international certificate of excellence, Aytaç said that serious steps were taken to ensure international visibility in this way.
EZKOOP President Hürrem Tulga started his speech by stating that great successes were achieved in a very short time, but great risks accompanied these successes. Emphasizing that working alone is not enough, it is necessary to be conscious, determined, together and in solidarity, Tulga continued as follows: What we have done is the biggest and most meaningful investments that the country needs. If we succeed, young people, women and our people will be able to participate in production, and hope will be able to bloom again and stronger in these lands. I greet those who work on this path, those who take risks, those who truly cooperate with them, with love and respect. May it be easy for all of us.
Finally, the producers took the floor one by one and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
